Things To Love In Our Sellers’ Words

  • Views of the dog fountain and park, flatiron building so unlikely for ubstructed views in the future.

  • Corner unit - lots of natural light, very quite unit. Quiet building that is very well managed. Us and even both tenents commented on the community feel of the building, its a big building but has small building vibes.

  • Lots of socials, dedicated and consistent staff (its been the same ones as when we lived there) so you know its a nice place to work. We made lasting friendships in the building.

  • Big community feel with a variety of different families, lots of couples with young kids too!

  • The perfect location - walking distance to all entertainment, groceries, shopping, transit in and out of the city, sports venues, restaurants (literally under you!) and coffee shops. and one of our biggest draws was the historic St. Lawrence market.

  • When we had kids we took advantage of Sugar beach, library, lots of parks, splash pads, great daycares -  again all in walking distance.

  • You can even watch the Santa Claus parade from the bedroom window, plus lots of movie and actor sightings from the dog fountain park.

  • We never found we needed a larger unit because we were always out enjoying the city.
